New York, United States, February 2026 — Saks Global has appointed Cheryl Han as Chief Marketing & Digital Officer, a newly created leadership role that unifies the company’s marketing and digital capabilities under one executive. This appointment supports Saks Global’s ongoing transformation strategy focused on strengthening luxury customer engagement, deepening brand partnerships, and driving profitable full-price growth across channels.
In her new role, Cheryl Han will lead Saks Global’s end-to-end marketing strategy and oversee its ecommerce businesses to deliver integrated, personalized customer experiences. She previously served as Chief Digital Officer at Saks Global, where she built and led the company’s digital function following the integration of Neiman Marcus, Bergdorf Goodman, and Saks into a single operating entity. Her work included aligning digital teams across brands and establishing the operating model for cross-banner digital initiatives.
Earlier, Cheryl Han held senior digital leadership roles at Neiman Marcus Group and Bergdorf Goodman, where she led digital transformation and customer strategy initiatives. She is also the Co-Founder and former CEO of Keaton Row, a personal styling platform, and has prior ecommerce leadership experience with Clarins and L’Oréal. She holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.
