New York City Metropolitan Area, United States, March 2026 — Britt (Desch) Bernard has stepped into a new chapter as VP, Head of Revenue Enablement at BBC Studios. In this role, she will lead revenue enablement priorities, bringing deep experience across revenue enablement, client partnerships, and agency development in media and publishing environments.
Prior to joining BBC Studios, Britt (Desch) Bernard spent seven years with Axios, most recently serving as Senior Director, Revenue Enablement. Earlier at Axios, she held leadership roles including Senior Director, Client Partnerships and Director, Client Partnerships, building experience across partnership strategy, revenue programs, and commercial enablement.
Before Axios, she worked with POLITICO as Director, Agency Development, and earlier served as an Account Manager at PadSquad, where she collaborated with sales and creative teams to execute rich media mobile and tablet advertising campaigns.
Earlier in her career, she worked with Fast Company as Integrated Marketing Manager, leading cross-platform programs for advertisers across video, native, digital, social, experiential and print, and managing execution and post-program reporting. She also held roles in marketing and production operations with Brabble, On The Mark Productions, LLC, Tandem Radio, Temprite Heating Cooling Refrigeration, and The Greene Touch, building a broad foundation across client engagement, content programs, and operational delivery.
