Most recently, she served as Vice President of Global Talent Strategy at Nielsen, where from January 2022 to April 2024, she spearheaded talent management initiatives that closely aligned with the company’s business objectives, greatly enhancing team performance and compensation strategies. Prior to Nielsen, Eichelberger was a Global Sr. HR Business Partner at Unity Technologies for nearly two years, where she played a pivotal role in executive coaching and managing talent across the organization’s global operations.
Her tenure at Raymond James as Director of the HR Business Partner Group involved refining workforce strategies and integrating comprehensive HR practices to bolster business outcomes. Before that, Eichelberger enriched her extensive resume with a five-year stint at Citi, where she held multiple leadership roles, culminating as VP, CitiCloud Chief of Staff, enhancing team performance through strategic HR initiatives.

Beyond these key roles, Eichelberger has accumulated over two decades of experience across various sectors, including technology and financial services, where she has consistently driven HR strategies that foster employee development and organizational growth.
