Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, December 2025 — Chidambar Sirdeshpande has been appointed as Chief People Officer and Head of Business Administration at Sattva Group, where he will lead the company’s people strategy while also overseeing business administration and operational excellence. In this role, he will focus on aligning human capital and operational frameworks with Sattva’s long-term strategic priorities, strengthening organizational culture, and enhancing employee experience across the group’s diversified businesses.
Chidambar brings with him over two decades of leadership experience across real estate, construction, engineering, IT, and infrastructure sectors. Prior to joining Sattva, he spent over five years with Brigade Group, where he served as Chief Human Resources Officer and earlier as Senior Vice President & Group Head – HR & Administration. During this tenure, he played a pivotal role in driving strategic and operational HR transformation, organization restructuring, leadership development, digitisation initiatives, and employee wellness programs, while strengthening compliance, DEI, ESG, and HR analytics capabilities.
Earlier in his career, Chidambar held senior HR leadership roles at Ascendas India, where he spent more than a decade shaping people strategies and team development initiatives in collaboration with business leaders to support sustained growth. His experience also includes leadership assignments with L&W Construction Pvt. Ltd., Intellifour Software Pvt. Ltd., and earlier roles at V3 Engineers Pvt. Ltd. and Indiainfo.com, giving him deep exposure to multi-sector, multi-scale organizational environments.
At Sattva, Chidambar will focus on business partnering, collaboration across teams, resource optimization, and implementation of HR best practices to support the company’s expansion across commercial, residential, hospitality, retail, and IT park developments. His appointment is expected to further strengthen Sattva’s people-first culture, reinforce operational rigor, and support business growth through effective talent management and administrative excellence.
