Zug, Switzerland, February 2026 — Johnson & Johnson has appointed Lilly Simbruner as Head of HR Finance EMEA, marking a significant step in her leadership journey within the global healthcare organization.
In this expanded role, Lilly will lead HR Finance across the Europe, Middle East, and Africa region, driving financial strategy alignment, workforce planning integration, and people investment optimization to support Johnson & Johnson’s healthcare innovation agenda.
Lilly has been with Johnson & Johnson for over 12 years, holding multiple senior HR leadership roles across geographies. Most recently, she served as Head of Learning, Strategy & Execution EMEA, where she led strategic capability-building initiatives and regional execution frameworks across Dubai and Zug. Prior to that, she held the role of Head of HR MedTech Emerging Markets, supporting business growth and organizational development across high-potential markets in the Middle East and beyond.
Her earlier experience includes roles at Michael Page as Manager and ManpowerGroup as Permanent Placement Consultant in Austria, where she built strong foundations in talent strategy and executive search. She began her professional journey in hospitality with Kempinski Hotels as a Sales & Marketing Trainee in Germany, gaining early exposure to customer-centric business environments.
With over 15 years of international experience spanning HR leadership, talent strategy, and regional execution across Europe and the Middle East, Lilly Simbruner brings strong financial acumen and strategic HR expertise to her new mandate at Johnson & Johnson.
