San Francisco Bay Area, California, United States, April 2025 – Chisom Agada has stepped into a new role as Sr. Director, People Partner, Global GTM at Navan. In this expanded role, she will lead strategic people partnership initiatives across Navan’s global go-to-market organization, supporting talent strategy, engagement, and leadership development.
Prior to this elevation, Chisom Agada served as Director, People Partner, GTM at Navan for nearly two years, where she successfully partnered with business leaders to drive strategic people initiatives supporting growth and scale. Before joining Navan, she was Director, People Partner, Go-To-Market at SurveyMonkey, where she led strategic HR programs to support revenue-generating teams.
Previously, at Verkada, she served as Head of HR, building the company’s internal HR brand, leading talent reviews, compensation strategies, onboarding systems, and supporting leadership through hypergrowth. Earlier, at Facebook, she worked as an HR Business Partner for North America Partnerships, advising sales and engineering leaders through strategic talent management and engagement initiatives.
Chisom also held senior HR leadership roles at Tesla, where she partnered with engineering organizations through significant periods of growth and change. Earlier in her career, she spent over five years with Baker Hughes in various leadership roles spanning university recruiting and engineering before transitioning into HR.
