Houston, Texas, United States – November 2024 – Chitra M. has joined RNWBL® as Vice President of Human Resources. In this pivotal role, Chitra will lead RNWBL’s HR initiatives, supporting its dynamic workforce and commitment to renewable energy innovations across the U.S.
Before RNWBL, Chitra held the position of Head of HR for BC Group America at Burckhardt Compression in Houston, where she led HR strategies, talent development, and organizational initiatives. Her tenure included a focus on employee engagement, HR operations, and strategic HR planning, contributing to a cohesive team culture and operational excellence.
Previously, she served as an HR Manager at Jacintoport International LLC, managing essential HR functions, including talent development and performance appraisal. Chitra also spent several years as an HR Manager at Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, where she developed comprehensive training programs, enhanced HR strategies, and supported employee growth and organizational development.
Earlier in her career, Chitra worked with Magnum Transcontinental and Sogeti UK as an HR Consultant, where she refined her expertise in employee engagement, talent development, and performance management. She also held HR leadership roles at DXC Technology and SN Informatics Pvt. Ltd., where she drove various HR initiatives, including performance appraisals, employee learning, and development strategies.
