In this newly elevated role, she continues to lead the company’s global people strategy, with a focus on scaling an employee-first culture that supports high growth and innovation.
Over the past three years, Christine served as Vice President, Global Human Resources, where she drove strategic initiatives that elevated employee engagement and operational excellence across international teams. Prior to that, as Director, Global Human Resources, she laid the foundation for global HR systems and built scalable frameworks aligned with Genea’s rapid expansion.
Before joining Genea, Christine held several HR leadership roles including Director of People Operations at Medical Specialties Managers, Inc., where she optimized HR functions in a multi-site healthcare environment. Her earlier tenure at Taco Bell as Head of Corporate Recruiting, and at GoPro and Irvine Company, provided her with deep experience in talent acquisition, recruiting operations, and organizational development.
She began her HR journey at Pacific Life, serving as an HR Generalist and Recruiter. With nearly two decades of experience across high-growth companies in both tech and services sectors, Christine brings a strategic lens and people-centric ethos to her leadership at Genea.
