London, United Kingdom, October 2025 — Glacier, one of Europe’s leading ice-cream manufacturers, has announced the appointment of Christopher Fielden as Chief Operating Officer (COO). In his new role, Christopher will lead Glacier’s end-to-end operations, including manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and logistics, as the company accelerates its growth and innovation across global markets.
Christopher brings over two decades of international operations and supply chain leadership experience spanning the FMCG and food manufacturing industries. Before joining Glacier, he served as Chief Supply Chain Officer at BrewDog, where he played a key role in transforming the company’s manufacturing network and driving operational efficiency across multiple production sites. His leadership was instrumental in enhancing end-to-end performance, sustainability, and profitability across BrewDog’s global footprint.
Prior to that, Christopher was Supply Chain Director at Eat Real + PROPER (WARP Snacks), where he successfully established an in-house manufacturing function within a year and delivered over 20% margin improvement through strategic supply chain optimization. His achievements also include building high-performing teams and leading initiatives that improved manufacturing efficiency and scalability.
Earlier in his career, he spent over six years at Innocent Drinks, where he rose to the position of Group Supply Chain Director. During his tenure, Christopher spearheaded a $270 million investment in Innocent’s first carbon-neutral manufacturing site, achieving a 9% CO₂ reduction and developing a roadmap to remove 25% of emissions by 2023. His contributions helped establish Innocent as an industry leader in sustainable manufacturing and operational excellence.
Before Innocent, Christopher spent more than nine years at PepsiCo, where he held a series of progressive roles including Head of Contract Manufacturing, Europe, and Operations Manager. He was responsible for major M&A projects, long-term supply strategies, and performance optimization across multiple production facilities. His earlier experience at Eastman Kodak further strengthened his technical and operational expertise, including leadership in lean manufacturing and robotics engineering.
With a proven track record in global operations, business transformation, and sustainability-driven growth, Christopher’s appointment as COO at Glacier marks a pivotal step in the company’s journey toward becoming the leading private-label and co-manufactured ice-cream partner worldwide.
