Here, she managed the full spectrum of HR activities, including revamping recruitment processes which increased hiring efficiency by 20%. Her strategic interventions in manager training programs significantly reduced staff turnover and improved employee loyalty.
From November 2021 to April 2022, Larina was an HR Manager at “КЛЮЧАВТО”, a prominent automotive dealership network in Russia. She played a pivotal role in structuring HR processes and successfully spearheaded recruitment and mentoring programs that enhanced productivity and reduced employee turnover by 30%.
Larina also made significant contributions as the Lead Specialist for Staff Recruitment at Crystal Call, where she optimized the recruitment process for IT and administrative positions, achieving substantial cost savings and accelerating hiring timelines.
