Sarajevo, Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina — Walter AEC is pleased to announce the hiring of Emina Ekić as the new Head of Human Potential and Employer Branding. Ekić, an experienced human resources professional, officially began her new role in May 2024, bringing over a decade of diverse HR expertise to the team.
In her role, Ekić will focus on enhancing Walter AEC’s organizational capabilities and strengthening its employer brand, pivotal for the company’s ongoing growth and innovation in the engineering sector.
Prior to joining Walter AEC, Emina Ekić was a Human Resources Manager at BS Telecom Solutions, where she led comprehensive HR functions from March 2022 to May 2024. Her achievements include overhauling the recruitment process to improve vacancy closure rates by 20% and implementing a successful employer branding strategy that enhanced staff loyalty and reduced turnover.
Earlier, Ekić served as the Head of HR and Legal Affairs at RAMA-GLAS, where she integrated HR practices with legal compliance, significantly optimizing contract management and employee relations strategies.
Her earlier roles include a brief tenure as a Human Resources Manager at INZA Group – Institute for Fire Safety, where she streamlined HR operations and developed robust training programs that aligned with legal standards and operational demands.
