Austin, Texas, United States, July 2024 – Christopher Sheppard has been promoted to Vice President, People Operations at Addison Group. With extensive experience in human resources and people operations, Christopher will lead the HR strategy for the organization, focusing on enhancing employee engagement, talent acquisition, and operational efficiency.
Christopher Sheppard has been with Addison Group for approximately 2 years and 8 months. In his new role as Vice President, People Operations, he will continue to build on his expertise in HR management and people operations. Prior to this promotion, Christopher served as Director of People Operations for 1 year and 11 months, where he was responsible for HR leadership and strategy for ArcLight Consulting and Bridgepoint Consulting.
Before joining Addison Group, Christopher worked as a Human Resources Consultant at Cox Consulting Network and Sheppard HR. He also held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Service Lloyds Insurance Company, where he led HR initiatives, managed benefits administration, and implemented new HR software systems.
Earlier in his career, Christopher was the Director of Human Resources at Nova Recovery Center and Solid Landings Behavioral Health, where he developed HR policies, managed recruitment, and ensured compliance with employment laws. He also served as an Operations Manager and Human Resources Generalist at KidTherapy, where he successfully recruited and managed HR functions for the clinic.
