Remote, United States, July 2025 — Christy Gunier has been elevated to Vice President, Human Resources at CorroHealth, marking a significant milestone in her career with the organization. In her new role, Christy will lead enterprise-wide HR strategies to support CorroHealth’s global workforce and its mission to deliver transformative revenue cycle solutions across the healthcare ecosystem.
Christy joined CorroHealth in 2021 and has steadily progressed through leadership roles, most recently serving as Human Resources Director and earlier as Human Resources Manager. Her time at CorroHealth has been defined by impactful work in performance management, benefits administration, and HR policy development, all of which contributed to an agile and employee-centric workplace culture.
Prior to CorroHealth, Christy built an extensive background in HR and benefits leadership across renowned organizations. At DuPage Habitat for Humanity, she was instrumental in enhancing employee engagement and performance management. She also spent several years at Cummins Inc., where she led global health and wellness programs, benefits strategies, and international M&A-related initiatives. Her earlier experiences at Microsoft, Nokia, NAVTEQ, and CRA International further deepened her expertise in global HR programs, compliance, and operational effectiveness.
Christy holds a Master of Science in Human Resources from Roosevelt University, where she graduated with honors, and a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems from DeVry University. She also earned a Plant-Based Nutrition Certificate from the T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies, demonstrating her commitment to wellness and lifelong learning.
