Singapore, March 2026 — Cian Zoller has been promoted to Vice President, Human Resources – APAC at ServiceNow, marking a significant leadership milestone within the organization.
In his expanded role at ServiceNow, Cian will lead the HR strategy across the Asia-Pacific region, driving organizational effectiveness, talent strategy, leadership development, and workforce transformation across diverse and high-growth markets. His promotion reflects his strong track record of building high-performing teams and aligning people strategy with business growth across APAC.
Cian has been with ServiceNow for over six years, most recently serving as Senior Director HR – APAC. Prior to that, he held the role of Human Resources Director – ANZ, where he led people strategy across Australia and New Zealand, supporting regional expansion and operational excellence.
Before joining ServiceNow, Cian served in senior HR leadership roles at DXC Technology, including Human Resources Director – Australia & New Zealand and Head of HR – Integrated Practices. Earlier, he spent more than a decade at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, where he led HR for Enterprise Services in the South Pacific and provided Human Capital Consulting across Asia Pacific and Japan, supporting large outsourcing bids, M&A initiatives, and workforce transformation programs.
His early career included recruitment and HR leadership roles at The Citadel Group, where he managed ICT recruitment operations in Australia.
With more than two decades of experience in human resources leadership across technology and enterprise services organizations, Cian Zoller’s promotion underscores ServiceNow’s commitment to strong regional leadership as it continues to expand its footprint across APAC.
