Gurugram, Haryana, India, March 2026 – Saurabh Jain has been promoted to Senior Manager – HR and Administration at KOHLER India, marking a significant milestone in his long-standing journey with the organization spanning over a decade.
In his new role, Saurabh Jain is leading facility management and administration for Kohler’s Kitchen & Bath business across India, overseeing multiple offices and driving operational excellence across a large infrastructure footprint. His responsibilities include strategic financial planning, vendor management, global mobility, and end-to-end HR lifecycle management for over 300 associates, while ensuring cost optimization and efficiency across operations.
Prior to this elevation, he served as Manager at KOHLER India, where he played a pivotal role in managing administration, HR operations, and large-scale projects, including cost optimization initiatives and seamless execution of facility and workforce strategies across locations.
Over the years, he has held multiple leadership roles within KOHLER India, including Compliance Manager, Corporate Social Responsibility Manager, and Human Resources Operations Manager, where he drove labor compliance, audit management, CSR initiatives, payroll operations, and digital HR transformation. His work has contributed to strengthening governance, enhancing employee lifecycle processes, and improving operational efficiency.
Earlier in his career, he served as Deputy Manager and Assistant Manager at KOHLER India, building strong expertise in payroll management, statutory compliance, audit coordination, and CSR execution, before beginning his professional journey in corporate travel operations with UNIGLOBE Air Travel Bureau Ltd. and Carlson Wagonlit Travel, where he developed strong operational and stakeholder management capabilities.
Saurabh Jain holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Development from NMIMS CDOE and a PGDBA from Symbiosis Centre for Management Studies, Pune, strengthening his foundation in HR strategy and organizational management.
