Paris, France, September 2025 — Rémy Cointreau has announced the appointment of Clarisse Petit as its new Group Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). She succeeds Marc-Henri Bernard, who will soon retire after a decade of distinguished service with the Group.
Confirming the transition, Franck Marilly, Chief Executive Officer of Rémy Cointreau, stated:

Clarisse brings a solid experience of more than 20 years in various international companies and industries. I am confident that her leadership will further strengthen our commitment to our people around the world.”
Clarisse Petit brings over two decades of global HR leadership experience. She spent more than 15 years at CANAL+ Group, most recently as Directrice des Ressources Humaines – CANAL+ International, where she led strategic people initiatives across international markets from 2016 to 2025.
Earlier, she held several key HR roles at CANAL+, including Directrice des Ressources Humaines Afrique/Outremer/Paris, Directrice de Projets RH, and Responsable RH – Services Clients, with a strong focus on international mobility, organizational transformation, and talent development.
Prior to her tenure at CANAL+, she served as DRH – Eveil et Jeux at Oxybul éveil et jeux for nearly three years, and previously held HR leadership roles at ETAM Prêt à porter and Galeries Lafayette, where she developed deep expertise in recruitment, employee relations, and people policy formulation.
Her appointment underscores Rémy Cointreau’s continued commitment to building a values-driven, global people strategy aligned with the Group’s ambition of becoming the world leader in exceptional spirits.
