Milan, Lombardy, Italy, September 2024 – Claudia Zoccarato has been appointed as the Chief People Officer at Ginori 1735, where she will oversee human resources strategies, talent development, and organizational transformation to drive the company’s people initiatives and strengthen its position in the luxury and lifestyle sector.
Before joining Ginori 1735, Claudia spent over 18 years at Kering, most recently as the Corporate Italy, Switzerland & UK HR Director. In this role, she was responsible for managing HR operations across several regions, aligning HR practices with corporate goals, and supporting various Kering brands without dedicated HR managers.
Previously, she served as Corporate HR Director for Italy & Switzerland at Kering, where she ensured the integration of HR processes, developed local policies, and led labor relations and transformation plans for a variety of corporate functions across different countries.
Claudia’s earlier experience includes her role as Group Compensation & Benefits Manager at Kering, where she managed compensation and benefits packages for the group’s top executives across multiple regions and spearheaded HR systems optimization.
She began her career at Debenhams Retail PLC as an Assistant Finance Analyst, where she developed budgeting and forecasting models and supported sales strategies.
