County Dublin, Ireland – October 2024 – Clive Lawless has taken on the role of Group Chief Financial Officer at DSQUARED2, a high-end fashion brand recognized for its blend of Canadian wit and Italian refinement. In his new role, Clive will be responsible for guiding the company’s financial strategy, collaborating with executive management and the board to drive long-term growth and profitability, and overseeing the global financial operations to ensure sustainable value delivery.
Before joining DSQUARED2, Clive Lawless served as Finance Director, International at Humanscale for nearly six years. In this role, he led the financial strategy and operations for Humanscale’s international business, focusing on commercial finance, partnering with regional management, and driving financial performance across various territories.
Prior to his time at Humanscale, Clive worked at Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company for five years, where he held the position of Commercial Controlling Finance Manager. He played a critical role in enhancing customer and brand profitability, managing promotional spending, and overseeing trade receivables to optimize financial outcomes for the business.
Clive also has experience as Commercial Retail Finance Manager at Dublin Airport Authority (daa), where he managed retail financial reporting and worked on maximizing retail potential across major Irish airports. This role further expanded his expertise in commercial finance and strategic planning in complex business environments.
His early career includes roles such as Financial Controller at PowerLynch Group, Telefonica O2 Ireland, and Associated Newspapers, where he gained significant experience in financial management, strategic development, and financial reporting.
