San Antonio, Texas, United States, December 2025 — Tivic Health has announced the appointment of Tiffany Darr as Vice President – Human Resources. In her new role, Tiffany will lead the organization’s human resources function, supporting people strategy, organizational growth, and workforce effectiveness as Tivic Health continues to advance innovation in bioelectronic medicine.
Tiffany Darr brings extensive human resources leadership experience across healthcare, biotechnology, manufacturing, construction, and distribution environments. Her background spans end-to-end HR leadership, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, training and development, employee engagement, and organizational development.
Prior to joining Tivic Health, Tiffany served as Head of Human Resources at Scorpius BioManufacturing, Inc., a contract development and manufacturing organization (CDMO) specializing in large molecule cGMP manufacturing. During her tenure, she supported HR leadership for a highly specialized biotech environment based in Texas, aligned with the organization’s growth and operational needs.
Before Scorpius BioManufacturing, she was Human Resources Director at Your Health Lab, a clinical laboratory serving patients across Texas with a large, geographically distributed workforce. In this role, she led HR strategy and operations for teams spanning phlebotomy, logistics, and laboratory services, supporting workforce scalability and employee engagement.
Earlier in her career, Tiffany Darr held senior HR leadership roles at Cuisine Solutions, D. L. Bandy Constructors Inc., HD Supply, Stine, LLC, and Port Aggregates, Inc. Across these organizations, she managed HR and safety functions, built HR departments from the ground up, partnered with senior leadership, and supported large associate populations across manufacturing, construction, retail, and industrial operations.
Her career reflects deep expertise in HR leadership within complex, regulated, and high-growth environments, positioning her well to support Tivic Health’s mission-driven culture and people priorities.
