Minneapolis–St. Paul, Minnesota, United States, November 2025 – Connor Morrison has stepped into a new role as Director, Human Resources at HistoSonics, Inc., where he will contribute to building robust people systems and supporting organizational growth as the company advances its pioneering non-invasive sonic beam therapy platform.
In his most recent role, Connor served as Director, Human Resources at Intracept by Boston Scientific, where he spent nearly three years leading HR operations during a significant period that included the company’s acquisition by Boston Scientific in 2023. His work supported talent integration, organizational alignment, and enhanced HR processes across the Minneapolis–St. Paul region.
Prior to this, he worked as Director, Human Resources at Starkey Hearing, bringing strategic HR leadership to the global hearing technology company. Before Starkey, he served at Integer Holdings Corporation as HR Manager / Site HR Leader, strengthening site-level HR systems and partnering closely with operational leaders to support talent and workforce needs across the medical device sector.
Earlier, Connor built foundational HR expertise during more than four years at Kohler Co., where he held roles including Sr. HR Business Partner, HR Business Partner, and HR Generalist in the Leadership Rotational Program. These experiences deepened his capabilities across HR business partnering, talent processes, and cross-functional collaboration.
He began his career in business-focused roles at Salo LLC and Target, gaining early exposure to business development, analytics, and stakeholder management, which continue to contribute to his holistic approach to HR leadership.
