Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, Texas, United States, March 2025 – Cory Rose has been appointed as Chief Human Resources Officer at EyeCare Services Partners (ESP), where she will lead the company’s HR strategies to drive growth and operational excellence in the ophthalmology and optometry services sector.
Before joining ESP, Rose held several leadership roles across a range of industries. She currently serves as an advisor at Thatch, Aura Finance, Abra, Chorus Sleep, and PeopleTech Partners, leveraging her HR expertise to guide strategic decision-making and business development.

Rose previously served as Senior Vice President of People at The Aspen Group, where she led a team of 75+ HR professionals supporting over 20,000 team members across multiple brands. Her experience also includes roles as Senior Director of People Operations at Chime and Senior Director of People at Udemy, where she focused on optimizing global workforce strategies, improving compensation and benefits structures, and enhancing employee engagement.
Her earlier career includes HR leadership roles at Delivery Hero, ApolloMD, and Hortonworks, where she implemented strategic people plans, talent management systems, and led HR transformations in support of organizational growth.
