Courtney Crubaugh has been promoted to Director of Operations, Human Resources Strategy, at Mayo Clinic. This promotion is a significant milestone in her extensive career, which now spans nearly six years at this prestigious institution. Crubaugh has been instrumental in advancing Mayo Clinic’s vision of fostering an empowered, thriving, and inspired workforce, thus reinforcing its position as a leader in healthcare.
Prior to this role, Crubaugh successfully managed various strategic positions within Mayo Clinic, starting as an Administrative Fellow in July 2018. Her efforts as Strategy Manager and Senior Strategist involved coordinating major strategic planning initiatives that directly contributed to the clinic’s operational excellence and patient-centered service model. Her tenure as Operations Manager was marked by significant improvements in staff coordination and project management, enhancing the operational efficiency of community internal medicine and women’s health internal medicine divisions.
Before joining Mayo Clinic, Crubaugh honed her strategic planning and HR skills at Genesis, where she served as Human Resources Manager, then moving on from a similar role at CSC. Her early experiences provided a solid foundation in human resources management, preparing her for her subsequent roles at one of the most renowned healthcare institutions in the United States.
