CAMBRIDGE, MASSACHUSETTS—Moderna promotes Courtney Soule to Director, HR Technology. In this position, Soule will lead HR operations and global functions within the Clean Air division. With over a decade of extensive experience in HR technology and operations, Soule is perfectly poised to advance Moderna’s innovative HR initiatives.
Courtney Soule’s promotion comes after nearly two years at Moderna, where she has significantly shaped the company’s HR technology landscape. Starting her journey at Moderna in Aug 2022, she quickly made an impact with her expertise in Workday leadership and platform management, proving instrumental in optimizing HR operations and analytics.
Prior to her tenure at Moderna, Soule held significant roles at PwC, culminating as a Senior Manager in Global People Technology. Here, she was a product owner for Skills, Strategic Workforce Planning, and Staffing & Deployment, driving key HR initiatives that spanned the global network from January 2021 to July 2022. Before that, she managed Workday transformation engagements and served as a Senior Functional Architect, focusing on Job Architecture and Total Rewards.
In her earlier roles, Soule developed a robust foundation in HR technology management as a Manager and Senior Associate in Advisory Technology for Workday at PwC, where she led major projects from July 2016 to December 2020. Her responsibilities included leading Workday Benefits and Compensation transformations and spearheading change management strategies to foster system adoption.
Courtney’s professional path also includes significant positions at ADP and Kronos, where she enhanced her expertise in HR systems analysis, project management, and consulting for large-scale implementations. Her strategic and operational roles helped refine her skills in designing and managing HR technology solutions that support complex business needs.
