Zurich, Switzerland, September 2025 — Cristin Erdman, SHRM-SCP has taken on a new role as Head of Global Talent Enablement at Georg Fischer (GF), moving from the Building Flow Solutions Division to the Global Human Resources team. In this strategic position, she will focus on driving a OneGF approach to talent and organizational development, with a mission to unlock employee potential, strengthen leadership capabilities, build future-ready succession pipelines, and foster a high-performance culture across GF.
Prior to this appointment, Erdman served as Global Head of Talent and Organizational Development at GF Building Flow Solutions, where she implemented enterprise-wide solutions for talent management, leadership development, organizational effectiveness, and culture transformation. Reporting directly to the CHRO, she partnered closely with senior leaders to align talent strategy with business performance and growth.
Earlier, she worked as Director of Employee Experience at GF Building Flow Solutions BU Americas, where she led people initiatives spanning organizational capability studies, diversity and inclusion strategies, talent management frameworks, training, and leadership development. Her contributions also included enhancing employee engagement and readiness while collaborating with regional leadership to strengthen business and people alignment.
Before joining GF, Erdman worked as an HR Consultant, Leadership Coach & Organization Development Leader, where she delivered strategic HR solutions, succession planning, and performance frameworks for businesses across industries. Previously, she built a strong foundation during her 12-year career at Target, holding multiple senior roles including Senior Director, Field Teams and Regional Director of Training, where she was instrumental in turning around underperforming businesses, leading large-scale HR operations, and building strong leadership pipelines. She also held earlier HR leadership roles at World Market, deepening her expertise in employee relations, labor strategy, and frontline HR operations.
