Boston, Massachusetts, United States, February 2025 – Crosby Enright has been promoted to Vice President, Talent and Culture at Nonantum Capital Partners. In this role, Crosby will continue to shape and enhance the firm’s talent acquisition, HR strategies, and culture initiatives, emphasizing diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) while driving strategic leadership development across the organization.
Crosby Enright has been with Nonantum Capital Partners for nearly three years, having served as Manager, Talent & Culture since May 2022. In that role, she played a pivotal part in talent acquisition, performance management, and organizational culture while managing onboarding processes, overseeing DEI initiatives, and organizing firm-wide events such as the Annual General Meeting.

Before joining Nonantum, she worked at Northeastern University’s Bouvé College of Health Sciences as Associate Director of Strategic Initiatives for nearly three years, where she led high-impact projects aligned with the college’s long-term strategic goals, supported executive leadership, and facilitated advisory board meetings.
Earlier, Crosby served as Office and HR Manager at Quinn Emanuel for nearly two years, where she managed office operations, recruitment, and staff performance management while ensuring compliance with operational budgets and facilitating business expansion strategies. Prior to this, she held roles at Ropes & Gray LLP and Latham & Watkins, where she was instrumental in attorney recruitment, new hire training, and diversity hiring initiatives.
