Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India, February 2026 — Dabur India Limited has elevated Mohit Malhotra to the role of Global Chief Executive Officer, according to a company exchange filing on Tuesday. The redesignation is effective February 17, 2026.
Malhotra previously served as Group CEO and is a Whole-time Director on the Board. His elevation to Global CEO marks a significant milestone in his long-standing association with the organization and reflects the company’s continued confidence in his leadership.
In his journey with Dabur India Limited, Malhotra has played a pivotal role in driving growth and strengthening the company’s leadership in the FMCG and Ayurveda segments. As Group CEO and earlier as CEO – Dabur India Business, he has been instrumental in expanding the domestic portfolio, enhancing operational efficiency, and reinforcing Dabur’s strong consumer connect across categories.
Prior to this, Malhotra served as CEO and Senior Executive Director at Dabur International Ltd, based in Dubai, where he led the overseas business and significantly contributed to the global expansion strategy. Dabur International, the overseas arm of the group, contributes nearly one-third of the total revenue of the entity.
Earlier in his career, he held leadership roles such as Business Head – MENA and Egypt and Marketing & Sales Head – MENA, where he was responsible for budgeting, top-line and bottom-line growth, brand investments, marketing strategy, and strengthening distribution networks across key international markets. He was also instrumental in establishing the Marketing Headquarters in Dubai and driving new product introductions across focus markets.
Mohit Malhotra holds a degree in Business Management from Leeds University Business School, UK, an MBA in International Business Management from the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (IIFT), Delhi, and has also pursued Business Management studies at Kellogg School of Management, Illinois, USA.
