With a proven track record in financial leadership and strategic execution, Damian will play a pivotal role in advancing Cloud Coach’s mission of delivering enterprise-class project management and productivity solutions.
Prior to Cloud Coach, Damian served as Chief Financial Officer at Pointsharp AB in Stockholm, Sweden, for over three years. There, he led financial strategy and controls for the private-equity-backed cybersecurity company, driving its growth through a robust buy-and-build approach and multi-national acquisitions.
Before his tenure at Pointsharp, Damian was a Senior Manager at KPMG Sweden, where he provided financial due diligence and advisory services for mergers and acquisitions across the Nordics and Europe. He specialized in KPI reporting, quality of earnings, and acquisition integration.
Damian spent over eight years with KPMG US in the Greater Boston Area, rising to the role of Director of Deal Advisory. During this time, he supported financial due diligence, business transformations, and strategic transactions across industries. His expertise in analyzing key financial metrics helped numerous C-suite executives and investment firms optimize their outcomes.
