Colorado, USA — Highridge Medical is pleased to announce the appointment of Dan Harvey as its new Chief Human Resources Officer. Harvey brings over two decades of diverse human resources experience, which he will leverage to enrich Highridge Medical’s workforce and corporate culture.
Before joining Highridge Medical, Harvey held significant HR leadership roles, most recently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Leiters. During his tenure from April 2023 to May 2024, he played a pivotal role in steering the company through various strategic HR initiatives.
Prior to that, Harvey was the Vice President of Human Resources & EHS at Alcami Corporation from October 2021 to April 2023. Here, he was instrumental in developing strategies that supported the company’s growth and compliance in the cGMP environment, focusing on safety and manufacturing excellence.
At Unither Pharmaceuticals, Harvey served as the Executive Director of Human Resources, IT, & HSSE from August 2018 to September 2021, where he was a strategic global partner in a fast-paced cGMP environment. His efforts significantly optimized human capital management and supported international growth.
Earlier in his career, Harvey was involved in pivotal roles at companies such as SolarCity, where he led HR operations for the construction and ramp-up of major manufacturing sites, and at Graham Corporation, where he was responsible for global HR strategy and implementation.
