In his new role, Dan will spearhead the company’s employee benefits initiatives, driving innovative solutions for clients across various industries.
Dan most recently served as a Benefits and HR Management Consultant at Connor & Gallagher OneSource for over six years. At Connor & Gallagher, he provided comprehensive human capital and risk management solutions, contributing to a 97% client retention rate while managing diverse client needs across employee benefits, retirement planning, and HR programs.

Before that, Dan held the position of Area Vice President at Arthur J. Gallagher & Co., where he specialized in health and welfare strategies, retirement plan consulting, and executive benefits for organizations. His expertise included healthcare analytics, compensation design, and workforce planning.
Earlier in his career, Dan served as Vice President of Sales at Axion RMS, Ltd., focusing on relationship-based consulting and delivering high-value solutions to middle-market executives. He also worked as a Regional Sales Manager at OneSource Virtual, leveraging his skills in cloud-based HR services to support mid-market enterprises.
