Earlier in his career, Daniel gained experience in financial services, working at National Australia Bank (NAB) as a Team Leader and Service Advisor, where he was responsible for enhancing client service operations and leading high-performance teams.

Daniel also worked as a Recruitment Consultant at Michael Page, where he specialized in matching top talent with leading organizations. His early career included a role as a Career Advisor at the Australian Institute of Fitness, supporting professionals in advancing their careers in the fitness industry.
