Greater Orlando ,United States, October 2025 — Daniel Schiappa has joined the Board of Directors at MarineMax (NYSE: HZO), the world’s largest lifestyle retailer of recreational boats and yachts. With an impressive career spanning more than three decades across global technology and cybersecurity organizations, Daniel brings deep strategic, operational, and innovation-focused expertise to the MarineMax board as the company continues to expand its global footprint in luxury boating and marine lifestyle solutions.
Alongside his new board appointment, Daniel currently serves as President of Technology & Services at Arctic Wolf, where he leads product management, R&D, AI/data science, corporate development, and global service delivery. Prior to this, he served as Chief Product and Services Officer at Arctic Wolf, where he played a pivotal role in scaling the company’s technology infrastructure and expanding its cybersecurity solutions portfolio.
Before Arctic Wolf, Daniel spent nearly a decade at Sophos, where he served as EVP & Chief Product Officer, managing global security product groups across endpoint protection, firewall, and cloud security. He was instrumental in taking Sophos public on the London Stock Exchange and later through its strategic transaction with Thoma Bravo.
Earlier in his career, Daniel held senior leadership positions at RSA Security, where he led a $700M business unit; at Microsoft, where he contributed to the development of core Windows security architecture and strategic initiatives under Bill Gates; and at Eastman Kodak, Oracle, and Informix Software in various product and technology leadership roles.
In addition to his corporate roles, Daniel serves as Chairman of the Dean’s Advisory Board at the University of Central Florida College of Engineering and Computer Science, where he continues to mentor the next generation of technology and cybersecurity leaders.
