Sydney, New South Wales, Australia, February 2026 – Daniella Meyer has been promoted to Senior Director, People and Culture APAC and Japan at Greystar. In this expanded leadership role, she continues to shape and drive the People and Culture strategy across APAC and Japan, partnering closely with the APAC CEO, Country Managing Directors, and regional leadership to align HR initiatives with business growth and operational priorities across diverse and emerging markets.
Prior to this promotion, Daniella served as Director, People and Culture – APAC and Japan at Greystar for nearly two years, where she was a key member of the APAC Executive Leadership Team. She led talent acquisition, retention, and development strategies to support organisational scale and operational excellence across the region, strengthening the people agenda in alignment with Greystar’s long-term growth ambitions.
Before joining Greystar, Daniella spent over three years at Okta, Inc. as Director, People Business Partners APAC and Japan, where she supported the company’s hypergrowth phase across the region. Partnering with the APAC Executive Leadership Team and Global C-Suite leaders, she drove strategic HR initiatives focused on performance, talent development, and organisational culture in a rapidly expanding technology environment.
Earlier, Daniella held progressive HR leadership roles at Indeed.com, including Director of HR – APAC and Japan, where she led people strategies supporting rapid expansion and cultural evolution across APAC and South America. She also gained valuable regional HR experience at Getty Images, as well as early-career HR roles at Merrill Lynch and Deutsche Bank, building a strong foundation in people operations across financial and media sectors.
