Albuquerque, New Mexico, United States, July 2025 – Danielle Gutierrez has been appointed as Vice President of Human Resources at Goodwill Industries of New Mexico, stepping into a pivotal leadership role at one of the region’s most impactful nonprofits. In this new capacity, Danielle will lead the HR function for the organization, overseeing talent management, workforce development, and strategic HR initiatives that support Goodwill’s mission of changing lives through community-based programs.
Danielle’s journey to this new role is marked by extensive experience in both nonprofit and healthcare HR leadership. Prior to joining Goodwill Industries of New Mexico, she served as Director of Total Rewards at TriCore Reference Laboratories, where she was responsible for compensation, benefits, payroll, and HRIS, in alignment with organizational goals. Her leadership at TriCore included implementing robust employee wellness initiatives, managing payroll and tax compliance, and driving key HRIS projects—all of which elevated the employee experience and organizational effectiveness.
Her commitment to professional excellence is further demonstrated through her work with the Human Resource Management Association of New Mexico (HRMA of NM), where she currently serves as President. In this role, Danielle has championed educational resources, networking, career development, and community engagement for HR professionals in the greater Albuquerque area. Her leadership extends to SHRM New Mexico as a former District Director, where she provided strategic oversight and supported nearly 1,000 members with continuing education and professional development opportunities.
Before her tenure at TriCore, Danielle played a critical role at Array Technologies, Inc., where she advanced from HR Manager to Director of Human Resources over more than eight years. Her responsibilities ranged from policy development, employee relations, and recruiting, to compliance, safety training, and HR program implementation. Danielle’s experience managing both day-to-day HR operations and long-term strategic initiatives has made her a respected leader in the New Mexico HR community.
As she steps into her new role, Danielle’s deep expertise in compensation management, data integrity, compliance, employee engagement, and HR technology will be invaluable in advancing Goodwill Industries of New Mexico’s mission. Her record of fostering inclusive, compliant, and high-performing workplaces makes her ideally suited to help drive transformative change at the organization.
