Emily Cole has been named the new Senior Director of Human Resources at 11:11 Systems, reporting directly to the Chief People Officer. In her new role, Cole is set to lead global teams across various functions including HR Business Partners, HRIS, People Operations, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, and Facilities/Office Management. Prior to her promotion, She worked as Director of Human Resources at 11:11 Systems.
Prior to joining 11:11 Systems, Cole held the position of Director of Human Resources at Force Marketing for nearly two years, where she implemented significant improvements across the HR department and led the company to its first Great Place to Work certification. Her strategies reportedly enhanced employee benefits, reduced costs, and created new HR processes, playing a pivotal role in the company’s development and employee satisfaction.
Prior to Force Marketing, Emily was the Director, People and Culture at Force Marketing, where she set the vision for a remote-first people strategy and served as an executive advisor. Her tenure there is noted for advancing employee engagement and significantly reducing turnover.
Emily’s earlier career includes a role as Manager, HR Business Partner at GSM, part of The Friedkin Group, before its acquisition by Force Marketing. Her strategic HR management there led to a 10% increase in profitability and high employee retention rates during significant organizational transitions.
Before GSM, she was Manager, HR Business Partner at Academy Sports + Outdoors, where she led HR initiatives that supported 1,300 employees and improved voluntary turnover and engagement scores substantially.
