Her tenure also includes a vital period as Talent Acquisition & Development Manager, where she played a key role in shaping the talent landscape of the company in Milton Keynes.
Before joining Mercedes-Benz, Herlihy honed her skills at Faccenda Foods Ltd as a Learning and Development Officer, where she was instrumental in developing management training programs and supporting candidates through their ILM certification.
