Danielle’s tenure with Foundever began in 2022 as Manager of Talent Management and Leadership Development, where she designed and implemented multi-year talent strategies. Her work encompassed leadership development, performance management, succession planning, and employee engagement. Utilizing data-driven insights and predictive behavioral tools, she developed solutions that supported organizational growth and employee retention.
Prior to Foundever, Danielle served as Global Talent & Organizational Development Specialist at SS&C Advent, where she managed company-wide performance processes, led scalable talent management initiatives, and provided consulting services to enhance learning and development programs. Her contributions significantly improved team performance and organizational alignment with strategic goals.
Danielle’s earlier experience includes her role as Learning and Development Analyst at SS&C Advent, where she automated HR systems, optimized onboarding processes, and administered the organization’s Learning Management System (LMS). Her expertise in technology and process improvement provided valuable efficiencies for the company.
She also held key HR roles at Lowe’s Companies, Inc., including IT Talent Program Advisor, where she developed structured talent programs and advised IT leaders on workforce strategies. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, she revamped recruitment marketing, optimized processes, and spearheaded the automation of internal systems, demonstrating her ability to align HR functions with organizational priorities.
