London, United Kingdom, November 2024 – Kim Reynolds has been appointed as the Director of Talent Operations at Multiverse, a tech company dedicated to bridging skills gaps through personalized, on-the-job learning. In her new role, Kim will drive talent operations strategies, ensuring the seamless acquisition and development of top-tier talent to support Multiverse’s mission of transforming businesses and creating economic opportunities through tech and data skills.
Kim transitions to Multiverse from her role as Head of Talent at Ben, where she was instrumental in leading talent acquisition for the UK’s leading B2B SaaS start-up. During her tenure, she grew the team by over 150%, achieving a 95% offer acceptance rate and embedding a culture of collaborative hiring and strategic alignment with business goals.
Prior to Ben, Kim served as Head of Talent at Infogrid, leading global talent acquisition across the UK and US. She played a pivotal role in supporting the company’s global scaling and mission to enhance sustainability in the built environment.
Kim also spent eight years at WorldFirst, culminating as Global Head of Talent Acquisition, where she expanded the company from a 100-person UK-based operation to a global entity of over 650 employees across nine locations. Following WorldFirst’s acquisition by Ant Group, she continued to lead talent strategies within Ant’s International Business Unit, managing integrations and EMEA hiring.
Her early career includes roles as Talent Acquisition Manager at WorldFirst and Recruitment Consultant at Angela Mortimer Group, where she honed her skills in recruitment and talent management.
