Northampton, England, United Kingdom, March 2025 – Hardeep G. has been named Head of People & Culture at Northamptonshire Partnership Homes (NPH), bringing extensive expertise in HR leadership, people operations, and employee engagement. In this role, she will be responsible for driving the people strategy, fostering a positive workplace culture, and enhancing HR initiatives to support the organisation’s workforce.
Before joining Northamptonshire Partnership Homes, Hardeep served as Head of Human Resources at Avery Healthcare, where she played a key role in strengthening HR processes, internal communications, and leadership development.
Prior to that, she was Head of People Operations at Aspens Services Ltd, where she led strategic HR initiatives and improved workforce engagement. Her previous experience also includes roles at SOTI, InnerWorkings, Jurys Inn Hotel Group, Oakland International Limited, and HomeServe UK, where she honed her expertise in employee relations, HR transformation, and strategic workforce planning.

Established in 2015, NPH is wholly owned by the council but operates independently with its own management team and Board of Directors.
