Prior to joining HUB International, Danyelle held the position of Assistant Vice President, Human Resources Business Partner at Chubb for over six years. In this role, she contributed significantly to workforce planning, operational excellence, and enhancing organizational effectiveness, helping drive Chubb’s HR initiatives to align with its strategic goals.
In addition to her corporate experience, Danyelle was the Owner of Hush Beauty Enterprises, Inc. in Atlanta, GA, where she led workforce planning, staffing, and operational management for the business over a period of three years. This entrepreneurial experience provided her with unique insights into business development and human resource strategies from a small-business perspective.
Her career at Chubb also includes prior roles as Assistant Vice President, Sr. Operations Manager, where she honed her expertise in workforce planning and operational efficiency, building a solid foundation in HR practices and strategic planning that has shaped her leadership approach today.
