Memphis, Tennessee, United States, July 2024 – David Estel has been promoted to the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Data Facts. In his new role, David will lead the HR department, focusing on strategic initiatives to enhance employee engagement, development, and organizational growth.
David Estel has been with Data Facts for over a decade, showcasing his dedication and expertise in various roles. Prior to his promotion, he served as the Director of Human Resources, where he successfully implemented HR strategies that fostered a positive workplace culture and improved HR processes.
Earlier, David was the Manager of Human Relations at Data Facts, where he managed employee relations, recruitment, and HR policies. His journey with the company began as a Strategic Alliance Manager, where he built and maintained strong partnerships that contributed to the company’s growth.
Before joining Data Facts, David worked as a National Account Executive. His previous experience includes roles at ACTIVE Network as an Account Executive – Active Faith, where he provided SAS-based solutions for facility scheduling and event management to faith-based and non-profit organizations. At ServiceU Corporation, he served as a Sales Consultant, working with churches and non-profits on web-based scheduling systems.
David’s early career includes positions such as Tenant Coordinator at Poag & McEwen Lifestyle Centers, where he managed retail tenant relationships, and Facilities Manager at Christ The Rock, overseeing a large church and school facility.
