In her expanded leadership role at TriNet, Dawn Elliott now leads the People Success Management Enablement Center of Excellence. She is responsible for developing scalable strategies, digital self-service tools, and shared-service frameworks that empower managers across global locations. Her work focuses on strengthening compliance, fostering inclusive culture, and enabling high-performing teams through data-driven programs and enterprise capability development.
Prior to this appointment, she served for nearly four years as Senior Manager, People Success at TriNet, where she led global people success initiatives, championed culture transformation, strengthened employee relations frameworks, and implemented workforce analytics-driven solutions. She played a central role in crisis management, restructuring programs, and leadership development strategies.
Earlier, she worked as People Success Manager at TriNet, providing senior advisory on performance management, investigations, policy harmonization, and organizational change initiatives. Her contributions supported business continuity, compliance excellence, and leadership enablement across multi-state operations.
She began her TriNet journey as Human Resource Business Partner, where she delivered consultative HR leadership to clients across onboarding, compliance, recruitment, employee relations, and risk mitigation — building the strong foundation that led to her continued progression within the organization.
