Houston, Texas, United States – November 2024 – Dayanna Nunez has recently begun her role as Chief Human Resources Officer at i-PRO, where she will spearhead the company’s HR strategy to support i-PRO’s mission of advancing public safety, intelligent surveillance, and industrial imaging solutions.
Prior to i-PRO, Dayanna served at Emerson Automation Solutions as a Senior Human Resources Manager overseeing HR operations across the Americas, including Canada and Latin America. She managed a team supporting 500+ employees, enhancing workforce planning, change management, and D&I initiatives, contributing significantly to organizational growth.
Before Emerson, Dayanna held the role of Human Resources Business Partner at Emerson, providing comprehensive HR support across North America. She facilitated critical HR functions such as employee engagement, 401(k) changes, and talent development while leading matrixed operations across multiple regions, establishing herself as a key driver of HR efficiency and employee experience.
At Opaa! Food Management, Dayanna was HR Generalist, where she led HR initiatives for over 3,500 employees, introducing automation in the ATS and onboarding processes. Her contributions streamlined operations, improving HR service delivery and compliance across a large, multi-state organization.
Dayanna’s HR career began in managerial roles at Unlimited Prepay Distribution and UPS, where she gained foundational experience in policy creation, employee relations, performance management, and compensation design. Her ability to lead HR operations across diverse teams has become a hallmark of her career.
