Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, November 2025 — Debasish Mukherjee has taken on a strategic leadership position as the Chief Business Officer at Infomerica, where he will lead the India business, define sales strategy, and drive P&L ownership. In this role, he will be responsible for expanding Infomerica’s enterprise footprint, scaling client engagements, accelerating digital transformation solutions, and enabling high-value growth across markets.
Before joining Infomerica, Debasish served as Director at Ascendion for nearly a year, where he contributed to global delivery initiatives within the Global Growth Market Group. His work focused on operational alignment, delivery excellence, and scaling strategic initiatives across global programs.
Prior to this, Debasish spent almost seven years at Collabera Digital as Delivery Director, driving delivery excellence and new business development within the Infrastructure Managed Services domain. He played a pivotal role in practice growth, client onboarding, operating models, and process standardization while collaborating closely with international sales teams to unlock new revenue streams.
Earlier, Debasish served at UST Global as Delivery Manager, managing enterprise-scale delivery portfolios for global Fortune 500 clients in the technology sector. His work included P&L ownership, offshore-onshore delivery alignment, and contribution to broader IMS leadership initiatives.
Debasish’s earlier leadership tenure includes impactful roles across organisations such as Brillio, Collabera, Xerox (formerly ACS), Microland Limited, and iGATE. Across these roles, he consistently demonstrated deep capability in Infrastructure Management Services (IMS), managed operations, delivery transformation, transition management, ISO20000 implementation, and scaling enterprise delivery ecosystems across global teams.
