Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, January 2026 – Deeksha Singh has been appointed as Global Product Director – Integrated Planning & Customer Connectivity at Unilever, marking a major leadership milestone in her global digital transformation and supply chain technology journey. In this role, she will lead Unilever’s integrated planning and customer connectivity product agenda, strengthening data-driven decisioning, planning excellence and digital customer integration across global markets.
Deeksha Singh has built a distinguished fifteen-year leadership career at Unilever, progressing across global digital, data, procurement and supply chain transformation mandates. Prior to her current role, she served as Global Product Director for Sourcing & Sustainability, where she led global product strategy for responsible sourcing, sustainability digitisation and procurement transformation initiatives.
Earlier, she was Director – Customer Development, Data & Analytics in the UK, leading data-driven commercial transformation initiatives, and also served as IT Director – Unilever South Asia, where she drove large-scale enterprise technology transformation across regional markets.
Her leadership journey includes pivotal mandates as Senior Business Partner – Digital Transformation (Procurement), Global IT Lead – Procurement, and Senior Manager – Process & Technology (Plan to Forecast), where she led planning analytics, inventory optimisation, cost reduction and forecasting excellence initiatives.
Deeksha began her Unilever journey as part of the Unilever Future Leaders Program, subsequently progressing through global IT innovation leadership roles that delivered award-winning ERP resilience and automation programs recognised by SAP Excellence Awards. Her early professional experience also includes a management internship at Genpact, building foundational exposure to business operations, HR and finance process optimisation.
Deeksha Singh holds a PGDIM in General Management (Supply Chain & Business Process Re-engineering) from IIM Mumbai.
