Gurugram, Haryana, India, January 2025 – Deep Dwivedi has joined Zupee as Director – Data Science, where he will lead cutting-edge projects in Generative AI and Reinforcement Learning to drive innovation in marketing strategy and user experience for one of India’s largest real-money gaming platforms. His expertise in AI, machine learning, and predictive analytics will play a crucial role in optimizing customer engagement, retention, and personalization strategies at Zupee.
Before joining Zupee, Deep was the Vice President of Data Science and Research at Extramarks Education, where he led AI-driven innovations in online learning, AI-backed proctoring, and personalized recommendation systems. His work on automated evaluation, knowledge graphs, and chat monitoring significantly enhanced student engagement and learning outcomes, with multiple patents filed in EdTech AI applications.

Prior to that, Deep served as a Senior Data Scientist at Wynk Limited (Airtel Digital), where he developed AI-powered music recommendation engines, artist similarity models, and content-driven engagement strategies. His work in computer vision and neural networks optimized song recommendations and user interactions on Wynk Music.
Earlier in his career, he worked as a Senior Data Scientist at Reliance Industries Limited, leading AI-based fraud detection, recommendation systems for corporate learning, and AI-driven HR solutions. He also played a key role in developing geospatial AI models for optimizing ride-sharing services.
