Singapore, March 2026 – Deepak Bhatia has been promoted to Head of IT Services & IT Procurement at Securitas AMEA, marking a significant leadership milestone in his global IT journey.
In his new role as Head of IT Services & IT Procurement, Deepak Bhatia will lead enterprise-wide IT service delivery and procurement strategy across the Securitas AMEA region spanning 12 countries, driving operational excellence, cost optimization, and digital resilience initiatives.
Prior to this elevation, he served as Service Manager at Securitas, where he played a pivotal role in enhancing IT service delivery, strengthening vendor governance, and driving cost efficiencies while improving service quality and customer satisfaction. His work included leading IT service management across infrastructure and security operations, managing SLAs, and advancing cyber resiliency programs.
Earlier, he worked as an IT Service Management Specialist at Novartis India, where he handled global IT operations, including cloud infrastructure management across platforms like AWS and Azure, and implemented performance improvement strategies to enhance service delivery.
He also held roles at HCL Technologies and spent over nine years at Ericsson India Global Private Limited, where he built deep expertise in incident management, service level governance, telecom infrastructure, and large-scale IT operations across global networks.
He began his career with roles at Reliance Communications and Wipro Infotech, developing strong foundations in network engineering, system integration, and telecom operations.
