Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India, November 2025 — Deepansh Saxena has been appointed as Chief Manager – Sales & Marketing at Gebr. Pfeiffer, a globally renowned engineering company specializing in grinding, drying, calcining, and separating technologies for the cement, lime, gypsum, and ceramics industries. In this role, Deepansh will spearhead business development, customer engagement, and techno-commercial initiatives aimed at strengthening Gebr. Pfeiffer’s market leadership and expanding its footprint across India and global markets.

Deepansh’s professional journey with Gebr. Pfeiffer spans nearly four years, during which he has demonstrated consistent leadership and technical acumen in driving commercial excellence. Before taking on his current role, he served as Senior Manager – Sales & Marketing, where he played a crucial role in developing business strategies, managing key client accounts, and overseeing major industrial projects. Earlier, as Marketing Manager, he focused on market analysis, tender management, and cross-functional coordination for project execution across the cement sector.

Prior to joining Gebr. Pfeiffer, Deepansh served as Manager – Projects (Process) at Dalmia Bharat Group, where he led end-to-end cement project development, from process conceptualization to technical evaluation and order finalization. His work contributed to improving plant efficiency and implementing sustainable process designs.

Previously, Deepansh worked with Adani Group as Associate Manager – Cementation Projects, where he was instrumental in Greenfield project execution, equipment design, and technology evaluation. His expertise in plant process optimization and cost-benefit analysis supported Adani’s expansion into large-scale cement manufacturing.

Earlier in his career, Deepansh held technical and commercial roles at ISGEC Heavy Engineering Ltd., KHD Humboldt Wedag, Ambuja Cements Ltd. (A Holcim Group Company), and Shree Cement Ltd.. His experience spans across plant operations, commissioning, process engineering, tendering, and aftersales – showcasing a blend of technical depth and strategic business insight that underpins his leadership today.
