London, England, United Kingdom, February 2026 – Julia Dell has been appointed as Chief People Officer at Croud, a global digital marketing and technology company that helps brands grow through data-driven media, strategy, and innovation. In this role, she will lead the people and culture agenda as Croud continues to scale its global operations and strengthen its talent strategy.
Julia brings more than two decades of experience shaping people functions and leading transformation across global organisations, alongside running her own consulting practice. Most recently, through JD People Consulting, she has worked as a transformation consultant with clients including the House of Commons and Channel 4. Prior to this, she served as Chief People Officer at Gü Desserts | Certified B Corp™ and Deluxe Entertainment Services Group, where she led the global people agenda across 8,500 employees and was part of the executive team driving large-scale business transformation.
Earlier in her career, Julia held senior leadership roles including Human Resources Director at People Against Dirty, Senior Director HR EMEA at Yahoo, and HR Director at the Rugby Football Union, where she partnered with executive leadership to evolve organisational structures, leadership capability, and culture transformation. Her journey also includes impactful roles at Channel 5, Showtime Arabia (Viacom Group), and Arcadia Group Plc, along with consulting engagements for brands such as Arsenal F.C. and White Stuff.
With deep expertise in organisational transformation, leadership development, and strategic people planning, Julia’s appointment reflects Croud’s focus on building a strong, people-first culture to support its next phase of global growth.
