Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, January 2026 — Deloitte has appointed Arun Kumar as Vice President Talent Acquisition, reinforcing the firm’s focus on strengthening its global talent strategy and recruitment leadership. With over two decades of experience across talent acquisition, recruitment operations, and workforce strategy, Arun brings extensive expertise in building scalable hiring frameworks and leading high-impact talent programs.
In his new role at Deloitte, Arun will lead strategic talent acquisition initiatives, focusing on strengthening recruitment capabilities, enhancing employer branding, and building strong talent pipelines to support the firm’s continued growth across its consulting and advisory businesses.
Prior to joining Deloitte, Arun served as Vice President Client Services and Site Head – Bengaluru at Magnit Global, where he led enterprise client delivery and workforce solutions. During this period, he played a key role in strengthening client partnerships and managing large-scale talent operations for global organizations.
Earlier, he worked with Zinnov as Director Talent Acquisition, supporting specialized hiring programs for engineering and product management roles. Before that, he served as Head – RPO/MSP Operations India at Randstad Enterprise, where he led recruitment process outsourcing and managed services programs for enterprise clients.
Arun has also held leadership roles at Standard Chartered Bank, Resource Solutions, EXL, and FIS, where he led large-scale talent acquisition and recruitment operations. He began his professional journey with Imperial Hotel in New Delhi, gaining early operational experience that helped shape his leadership approach in people and talent management.
