Manuj Gulati Appointed Global Head of Talent Management at Redington Limited

Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, February 2026 — Redington Limited has appointed Manuj Gulati as its Global Head of Talent Management, strengthening the organisation’s leadership focus on building a future-ready, globally integrated talent ecosystem.

In his new role, Manuj Gulati will lead Redington’s global talent management agenda, with a mandate spanning leadership development, succession planning, workforce capability building, and people supply chain effectiveness. Based in Chennai, he will work closely with senior leadership to align talent strategies with Redington’s long-term business growth and transformation priorities.

Prior to joining Redington Limited, Manuj Gulati was associated with EY, where he most recently served as Associate Director. At EY, he led large-scale global technology and people transformation programmes within Global Delivery Services (GDS), with a focus on building best-in-class, future-ready people supply chain management systems. Earlier at EY, he held leadership roles including Assistant Director – Strategic Programs (Talent PSCM) and Business Consulting EM Lead, and Manager – People Supply Chain Management, driving critical HR transformation and experience management initiatives across geographies.

Before EY, Manuj Gulati was part of Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories, where he worked across multiple roles in Talent Management, Culture Transformation, and Organisation Effectiveness. As Manager – Culture Transformation & Organisation Effectiveness, he played a key role in the company’s global quality culture transformation programme across manufacturing facilities, and was honoured with the Dr. Anji Reddy’s Award of Excellence for his contributions. His earlier stints at Dr. Reddy’s included roles as Manager – CoE Talent Management, HR Business Partner, and Intern – Talent Management, giving him deep exposure across the talent lifecycle.

Earlier in his career, he worked with MobME Wireless Solutions Limited, where he held roles as Operations Head – VAS and Product Manager, gaining experience in operations, product management, and business analysis within the telecom and digital services space.

Manuj Gulati holds a PGDM in Human Resource Management from XLRI Jamshedpur and a BTech in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Manav Rachna University, combining strong academic grounding with cross-industry professional experience.

His appointment reflects Redington Limited’s commitment to strengthening its global people strategy by investing in leaders who bring deep expertise in talent management, HR transformation, and organisational effectiveness.
